Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK), any personal data you share through this website is processed by Gera Mimarlık as data controller, within the scope set out below.

Personal Data We Process

Through the quote form, the job application form and our contact channels we process: your name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, the city you live in, information about your professional background, and the contents of any CV file you send us.

Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed in order to prepare the quote you have asked for, to run the project, to assess your job application, to meet our contractual obligations and to comply with statutory record-keeping requirements.

Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is necessary to meet a legal obligation, and on the basis of our legitimate interest. For job applications we additionally obtain your explicit consent.

Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred only to legally authorised public authorities and to those suppliers strictly necessary to deliver the service, and only for that purpose. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Quote requests are retained for the statutory limitation periods following the end of the commercial relationship. Job applications are retained for a maximum of two years from the date of application. At the end of that period data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred in Turkey or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result reached against you through analysis by exclusively automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
